Lesson 2, Topic 1
In Progress
A contemplation is a question that you sit with. You don’t answer immediately but you let the answer come to you and even surprise you. You look at the question and then meditate with it. You can then journal with it – writing with your non writing hand can help you connect to your heart/non ego space.
It’s a practice to be curious about yourself and get to know yourself better by tuning into a new question each week. Rather than assume you know the answer – take the time to ask again, and allow a deeper wisdom to speak through you.
It’s nice if you buy yourself a new journal for these questions and use it just for this – and other contemplation or dream recording type exercises.
